I don't think alcohol is in the same category as steroids. Steroids are performance enhancing, alcohol if anything is performance reducing. I felt the same way about Michael Phelps when he was caught smoking pot (Though I don't smoke pot, I think it should be legal) and to be absolutely honest, he probably needed pot to get the appetite to eat all the food he was sucking down every morning.

Well I love how you call Wade an alcoholic because he drinks beer. A man that drinks beer can comment on someone who took roids and CHEATED on the game that Wade plyed fair and square.

The owners have known about it. The game was going down the tubes and then the freak show of Sosa & McGuire had that "fake" home run derby season that fooled a lot of people (not me). It was BS. Contrary to Boggs I say it is the owners fault for letting it happen.
