Bully Family Is Scared!

A central Florida father has been arrested after authorities say he boarded a school bus and threatened children who were bullying his daughter. James Jones, 42, told deputies a student threw an open condom in his daughter's hair and kids were laughing at her. A video shows him angrily boarding the school bus the next day threatening to kill the boys and the school bus driver.

Jones admitted he is at fault for storming into the school bus, police said.

"It was a mistake. I made that mistake (and) I'm trying to pay for that. I'm worried about my daughter, that's all I'm worried about," he said.

Jones told investigators that he was only sticking up for his daughter when other students at Greenwood Lakes Middle School were picking on her.

A surveillance video from the bus showed Jones using profane language as he threatened students who his daughter said had put open condoms on her head and hurt her by smacking her on the back of her head and twisting her ear.

"Now everybody sit down; sit down," Jones said on the surveillance tape. "Show me which one. Show me which one."

The video showed Jones' daughter pointing him in their direction.

"This is my daughter, and I will kill the (expletive) who fought her," Jones said on the video.

Alonzo Brundidge, 13, said he got scared after Jones started yelling at him and his friends.

"He said he was going to (expletive) the bus driver up first, and he (then) he was going to do it to everybody else," he said.

His mother, Aileen Brundidge, who works as a "School Security Officer" at Sanford Middle School, was beside herself with anger on what happened.

"I was upset to the point where I wanted to cry," she said.

Jones said he felt bad for threatening the children, but he said there's nothing else that he could do to protect his daughter.

"I do feel bad. I do feel bad, I told you that. (But) there's nothing else I could do," Jones said.

Officials with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office said Jones should have called them instead of scaring the students on the school bus.

It's interesting how the parents of the bully are upset because the father of the victim had to step in to raise their son. I bet the mother of the bully would be the first one at her son's trail or funeral saying " my baby ain't never hurt nobody"

The "strict anti-bullying policies" school districts have are laughable, at best, and rarely enforced. Working in a school, I've seen administrators DRAG their feet in addressing and resolving peer conflict (Maybe it will go away") .

Morally, I can't condone what this guy did,but I can emphathize with this frustration.

@bcn177 Finally my dad caught up with bus driver and I got on the bus. After school when I got on the bus the bus driver let me on but closed the door so the other kids would not get on and basically threaten me. When I got home I was crying and the other kids at my stop bus told my mother what happened and my mom told my dad and my dad call the school and threaten to take police action. I never saw that bus driver again.

@bcn177 My parents have four children including myself they are extremely overprotective. Someone on my school bus wrote rape on my window. They all the called the police. Some girl in my class draw a hangmen picture getting lynched and wrote down that was me. I told my parents they got pissed off. They called the girl parents. I had missed the school bus one day so my parents had to drop me off at another stop but the bus driver would wait for the white kids not the black kids.

Alonzo Brundidge and his entire family are f@#ked up idiots! This little punk will end up in jail, give him a year or two. His f@#ing mother will end up on the street. It's too bad killing a bully is not exactly legal. But every normal parent would do exactly this. Sheriff has to focus on the bully to send the right message. Protecting the bully by law is as sick as bulling itself. If the girl's father even need any help, I'd love to give him a hand.

The school bus is a place of torture for alot of kids that's all i know!!! I could see getting this mad i would of found another way for her to get to school.
