@jimmysmithtraining thanks man also i do that work out for about 30 - 40 mins and the last 20- 25 mins i take the bar and do curls(like u do with dumbbells) would that be a good workout to get big arms and increase strength? my arms hurt a bit after workout is that normal? appreciated they comments man!

I RLLY want big arms so plz plz plz plz answer me lol. I'm gonna be using bench presses mainly and I hear that selecting a weight that you can only do 3-5 reps of is the best way is that true? Thx for all ur help man u rlly help me a lot :)

Im.currently.weight.165 and my max bench is 275, my goal is 315 is it possible to do that without gaining any weights? And how do I bench more? Please reply thanks a bunch
