I've never watched any other versions of the show actually I've just started watch the first season Ugly Betty. You might be right, all your videos can be proof that they must be a couple. Although i don't want such ending....

I like this very much but why you make such wideos? Do you really think that they could be together? I don't want that kind of ending!

Yes,I do think that they will end up together...and the writers seem to have the same idea in mind,judging from all the hints they've given us in the last few episodes.But that's obviously just my opinion.Anyway,in all the other versions of the show,Betty and the boss ended up married,so there might be a chance,yes...
