i don't think there is a copyright violation here. it looks like the automatic copyright filter has confused this with a sony recording. this video explains how to dispute it: tPUYAMg4BiM (i can't enter the actual url, but if you paste this to replace the video code in another video, it will play). alternatively, search on "youtube copyright dispute"

I dont know , they keep saying it is copyrighted. Not sure anyone owns the music < i am sure that is much older , and Nicola keen wrote the lyrics and she is in the piece, if anyone know more please tell us. We get no revenue from any adverts because of this but as long as people smile we have done our job. we did not do it for the money we did it for some fun and make the world laugh
