God is real and His Spirit is moving, we won't be kept down by "brainwashing" in our hopeless and dying world. We have hope and you can have it too...

you are useing what people have done to not what the bible says the new testament says that everyone is equal and as a matter of fact most of the early churchs were started by women there are many books that i could ask you to read Lee Strobel has a few good books like Case for creation or Case for faith but this is not the place for a argument feel free to email me victoriamog at hotmail if you want to get into more of a discusion

Never been proven false? Historically proven? The Convention of Southern Baptists apologized at one of their meetings for using the Bible to justify slavery for hundreds of years. According to the Bible women are inferior to men. By the way, I was atheist long before I read Sam Harris' book. Most people were raised to be Christian by their parents and thus brainwashed into believing something for which there is no evidence.

i find it funny how you can claim that what was written in the bible that has never been proven false and has been right 1000's of times historicly is brain washing people yet fail to see how Sam harris' book has had the same effect on you completly brain washing faith out of you. Too each his own but for myself I choose to follow a book that his historicly proven and even though it was written 1000's of years ago still has real and working advice for my everyday life
