This public relations video by the American Dance Therapy Association provides visual images of dance/movement therapy in action with various populations and general information about the profession to the public.
this is great! almost 30 years ago I wanted to go into dance therapy, and there was very little info about it. Now my daughter wants to go into it and work with autistic children. We are having a tough time finding the information on how to go about becoming a dance therapist. There are just too few places to go to get this education.
Thanks so much. It's my dream to get out of secondary education teaching and become a DTR and eventually have my own practice with other mental health professionals. I only hope it becomes a reality.

If you want I can translate this into Spanish for you. I have told my friends in Spain about this field and they've never heard of it.
