A Co-worker of mine went to a 500 sit down dinner wedding in Greece, no menu's (bride didn't have to pre-choose either). There were seven courses and 500 very happy guests. If having that belief in how food is served means racism?....then dial me up....I must be racist. ;)

speaking about Italians does not make a person "racist"....Italians are an ethnic group........not a race.

Yea. It's not racist if it's true. It's just observations that he's made. He's not discriminating against us by saying we're loud and funny people who want to feed the world. lol. It's just kinda, well, completely true. lol. But everyone is so afraid of being called a racist, that they end up giving themselves up to others by going out of their way to prove themselves. It's so sad.
