blood and sweat chest;bottom position bench with a 3 inch bar-5x5 with a 3 second pause at the bottom.weighted dips-5x5.incline bottom position bench with a 3 inch bar and a 3 second pause-5x5.this may be too many sets for 1 person and not enough for someone else.think for yourself and adjust accordingly.the 2,2.5, and 3 inch bars are available from ironmind and watson custom strength.i have a total of 160 of them at zeaus gym.its geared toward strongman,power and olympic lifting.
