This is a full chest workout routine. If you want to put good lean muscle mass on your chest, here is the workout routine for you. This chest workout demonstrates bench press, incline dumbbell press, incline barbell press, cable crossovers and lying dumbbell flyes.

  • blood and sweat chest;bottom position bench with a 3 inch bar-5x5 with a 3 second pause at the bottom.weighted dips-5x5.incline bottom position bench with a 3 inch bar and a 3 second pause-5x5.this may be too many sets for 1 person and not enough for someone else.think for yourself and adjust accordingly.the 2,2.5, and 3 inch bars are available from ironmind and watson custom strength.i have a total of 160 of them at zeaus gym.its geared toward strongman,power and olympic lifting.
