Why the three thumbs down folks? Not saying it's fake, but let's look at the facts:

The guy steals money.

The lady goes out and immediately checks her wallet. WHY? Because she knew. Either she saw him on camera, or it was set up as fake.

If it was fake, discussion closed. If she saw him take the money, then why check your wallet when you already saw, of which, wouldn't it make more sense to catch him while he was digging around in the purse?
