  • Fountain has been racing boats since age 14!! If you see the video of him testing his hulls off the coast of North Carolina, you won't believe how he drives, and what the boat

does. Promotion, hype and everything else aside, he probably is one of the greatest offshore racers of all time, if not the greatest.

  • Nice!

  • what kinda trim do you run in those waters? i noticed half the hull is outa the water even on the glass, how much are these hulls affected by trim ? how much attention does trimming the drives require? seems like reggie had an easy day as throttle man on this outing

  • what is chine walk?

  • Fountain is the smoothest boat out there. Maybe not the fastest if you are comparing it to like a Skater Cat or an Outerlimits but it definatly handles the waves better. We have a 42 lightning and she's smooth.

  • long sad story, started at Advanced marine lake of the ozarks BIG MISTAKE, had them rebuilt twice. whipple was NO help as was teague [ where we bought them throuh ] big finger pointing cicle jerk 70K and 15 MPH later [ you read that right ] we are still not 100 % been to multiple HP shops. i would not put a whipple on my weed eater

  • Who did your Whipples? I didn't mean my 29 was HARD to drive, I meant it just required a little more attention. She did chine walk at 80 though. I have a good friend with a 42 1075's and that thing is a dream at 130+. Wish I had one...

  • cigs and apaches blow. got a 42 with whipple blown 525's putting out 800 hp a side. not sure what you are talking about hard to drive ? at 100 it is stable as a rock

  • definately not your average fountain, give it a try & see what your cat gets... 143 mph , one of the most impressive boats you'll ever see. full cabin too
