In my opinion I would say
Definitely not Boards of Canada. BoC use more obscure chord progressions.
I would say it's more like a blend of: Zero 7 + Phaeleh + a hint of Kerogen
Either way, this is very soothing music, and it doesn't actually matter what it's like.
