there is a way to do this on playstation2and im pretty sure that it works on xbox first activate the cheat code all cars have nitro then activate the beach theme cheat code and the hotknife will automatically have hydraulics and nitro

i modded it into a car that needs wheels.

@101confort Just do vigalante missions. The hotknife and phoenix well show up often as suspect cars
