Bulla is halfsaiyan you kindergarten twat, learn your genetics.

Her Father is full saiyan, so 2 saiyan genes, her mother is full human, so 2 human genes. Any child of theirs recieves 1 gene from the mother and 1 gene from the father, therefore Bulla would automatically have 1 human gene and 1 saiyan gene. And we were never shown their birth, were we? It is most likely that Vegeta didn't want his brats to act up and had the tail removed in a similar fashion to Goku right after birth.
