I can see that they tried to base this more of the book then of the movies, what with the marauders and drop pods, but the movie changed too much, so they really couldn't do much about it.

in the book, the M.I had power suits alot like the spartans from halo. in this, the M.I are just a gaint buffe for the bug-things.
