Introduction

Right Solution Development Organization (RSDO) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-profitable, and non-sectarian broad based public welfare voluntary organization exclusively focusing on the development of Rural Areas of NWFP. RSDO goal is to address basic health, education, sanitation, infrastructure and other related community needs as well as income generation opportunities by providing skill training in Rural Areas of NWFP. RSDO is committed to encourage active participation of average man and women in the social and economic lives of the society through targeted education training facilities through establishment of specific activities. This is part of RSDO's goals in its involvement in matters concerning social awareness, while preserving these values, which are of importance to the development process. RSDO is committed to encourage participation of communities in the development of social and economic live of the society through their involvement in Decision-making, planning and implementation of activities. The vision of the organization is to empower rural areas and enhance their capacities so that they can actively participate and contribute in the process of achieving participatory development. RSDO is committed to encourage active participation of women in the social and economic lives of society through targeted education and training. In order to achieve its goals in sustainable fashion, RSDO will utilize qualified and trained expertise available locally as part of its efforts in using local human resources. RSDO will coordinate its activities with other like mind organizations and institutions in order to facilitate the exchange of information and experience within the Areas of its activities.
