  • The wedge hand is the classic Southern Shaolin leopard punch (it's meant to resemble a leopard's paw). I use it as well in Goju-Ryu karate. Much better than even a straight two-knuckle punch, though the single knuckle phoenix fist is even better.

  • that thigh heel kick is nice, i think i will implement it

  • Your mandarin is pretty good.

  • That thigh kick you showd with your heel is also in Savate (french kickboxing)
