Went up to Ogunquit in 1968 for my very first summer job, and kept on coming back for four years afterwards.
The place was magic (even in 1972, when it rained every single day for four weeks and we all got laid off when the tourists disappeared).
Too bad, it spoils you then, because life afterwards has nowhere to go but...and then responsibilities elsewhere keep you from being able to go back.
I'm delighted you had a nice time there!
