The song states that the privileged can escape war. This film examines the commercial's use of the song and the remaining eighteen lines, the real meaning of the song....

That while the privileged are safe in bed, the common man fights for his life.

Note: There are actually 25 men who share Bush's birthday and who died in Vietnam. The 25th man is Guadalupe B L Garibay.

I was speaking about our current wars sir. The draft hasn't been in effect in decades. Of course more non wealthy kids got drafted, simply because the wealthy are a minority!! The vast majority in our military are from the middle & upper class. Very few are from low class families.

My 'bias' is just based upon 'facts'.

And serving was not a personal choice for many, its calling a freaking draft. It is undeniable that the draft was hugely unfair to those without money and connections.
