Its the best fan site, you will find there a describtion how to registrate, download, install english gui patch, and all usefull stuff to understand taiwan things in game :D (there is also whole english translated, all classes skill calculator, works like wow talent tree). its not like that i'am advertising it, i just want to see you ppls flying arround in DBO, since we are all fans of this saga, we should help each others gather information how to play DBO

You dont really need it anymore, coz since few months there is Taiwan release of this game, which doesnt require such of things as korean ssc or kssn, registration is free, you dont even need to confirmate it via mail :P. For more info check "dbocom[dot]com" : )
