Take a Tom Anderson Cobra. Add three P90s - because you can. Plug that sucker into an Electro Harmonix Holy Grail reverb pedal.

Proceed to plug the afore-mentioned gear into a Dr Z Mini Z amp w/ the volume set at 1200hrs, and the attenuator at "4".

Then go ahead and pretend you can play some blues.

yeah, it's fun, ain't it?

  • you damn right i got the blues! nice man!

  • From my head, down to my shoes! ;)

  • Nice!! I love my drop top but i'm thinking a cobra might be in my future. Liked the little soulshine tease... lol

  • Yeah, that was pretty bad :D

Glad you enjoyed the video. Cobras are mighty fine guitars. I was gonna buy another one, but the money I had saved had to go to some unexpected bills... oh well, that's the way it goes :)

  • nice touch with the metallica at the end there .. you should do a lesson on nothing else matters .. I'm sure lot of people agree .. I already know how to play it but it would be interesting to see your interpretation of it so I could try to learn something new in the song.

  • Thanks. I have been thinking about doing such a video, but if you already know how to play it, maybe you should :D

  • It's all improvise, one take - even the lessons. I have no story board or idea of what I am gonna play. It is what it is, clams and all :)
