that's definitely an upwards crash. I had this to happen in an apartment building I used to live in a few years ago. Luckily, I was able to get off before it actually happened.

I remember I saw this on another video.Something happened with the breaks.Just so you know the elevator door opens a little that's when things get crazy.

@luxembourger this can´t happen with modern elevators... they all have a seperate "driving and falling control unit" that works also without power due physics trigger system....
