We went to galveston a bit over a month ago. We took the train and the boat tours. I was forced to do the train and it was boring. Unless you like dull history, I'd say avoid it. The boat was awesome though! 5 dollars more and about half the tour time. It was worth it.

I was there as a int.student summer 2008 stayed the seasons and sandpiper.. I miss galveston it's nice place..
