Machining a dual humbucker telecaster style guitar with a rear electronic cavity. This custom guitar is made from PNG Walnut wood. The guitar also has an arm rest contour of about .5 inches.

Machined with a .25inch end mill and .25 ball end.

  • thats one cool cnc cutter, i use a laser cutter that can cut around 10mm deep so ideal for templates but not forthe whole guitar! must save so much time for you, how much did it cost if you dont mind me asking?

  • Hi, I currently got a mini cnc : I have Mastercam x2,and Mach3. The problem now is how to get Mastercam to work with mach3,I got the post processor which is a .pst file. How do I open the pst file, and how do I proceed?. Thanks
