  • I can't feel calm :(

  • @Forgoroe try out my free 22 day course at davidmcgraw. org this will surely help you feel calm :)

  • what do you mean by the quote giving yourself permission to be angry do you mean I give you permission to release anger ????

  • @Jace919NC more accurately the quote is "I give myself permission to feel angry" feeling anger is ok, it lets you know when you're off tract, when you don't agree with something or something needs to be changed. Anger becomes a problem when it is held onto or causes you to act out in ways that make the situation worse or affects you or others in a harmful way. When you make it ok to feel anger then you can also make it ok to let it go. Does that make sense?

  • @pathwaystopeak1 thanks

  • @Jace919NC You're welcome

  • I can just say a great thanks to you, i watched the whole video and i think that this one is the best video on how to relase your anger...

I want to say that realizing the anger that dwelled in me for 6 years wasnt easy, but at the end i did it and now i feel more alive and like i can go to the top of the world...

I can just say thanks, but i know that isnt enough...

  • LOVED THIS MEDITATION!!! BLESSED BE!

  • @Jace919NC Yes self awareness is important when dealing with anger. This exercise will help you become more aware of possible past experiences that may be stirring up emotions that are beyond your conscious awareness.
