HP Touchpad sucks: 866-625-0759 customer service hangs up after 86 minutes on hold

Tried to call HP (866-625-0759) to ask about an order and was on hold for 86 minutes before the hold music said I was being routed to customer service FINALLY!
When it routed me it started beeping like it was busy and I grabbed my camcorder just in time to record them hang up on me. Wow HP, I paid you money, the least you can do is answer my call.
