Wow, talk about labor cost lol. I work at a subway here in Florida, and during spring break and summer we are busy as shit. When we have a line to the door, all we use is one person on lead, one on veggies, one on register and someone in the back to restock up front and keep the bread-a-coming. During these times we do over 100 subs per hour for a couple hours straight. than it dies down a little. Would be a little easier if we had that # of employees, but we're fast so it doesn't really matter.

Wait made it through in 5min? Was there more than one Cash register, becuase you have to suggestivley sell, and talk a whole lot at he register which takes like 30 seconds, or more, and when there are that many customers a sub or 9 should pile up, so how exactly did that work again?

@guatemala946 Think there were two cash registers and in NYC workers don't F around. When you have 30-40 people in line they don't have time to suggestively sell and New Yorkers also know the beat - they're CC or cash is ready and in hand way before they get to the register.

Damn I wanna work there. At my Subway we never have more than two or three people working because my boss is cheap.

@willicex90 This is probably one of the busiest Subways for lunch in the world. With 30–50 impatient and busy New Yorkers waiting in line and ready to get back to the office you have to have an army of workers or nobody will come in.
