@billyswag716 Actually I am older but most of my knowledge about cars is because I worked on and built cars most of my life. I had my first car when I was 14, My dad bought an Auto Body Shop when I was 17 years old. Like me my dad worked on cars all of his life since he was 13 years old. In the USA back in the 60's the only foreign cars of the day were the Austin Healy, Triumph, and the MG. and of course the VW. The reason I liked the cobra was because of the American Power Plant,

@chaz76vette That's the year the kit is based on.

When it says "1965" is that the year this actual kit was produced? Or is it just the year they're modelling, and the kit was actually made in the 90s or something?

@Tracti0nAction By the sound of your choice of cars TVR or Austin-Healey I feel like you are from the UK. I really like those british cars too, Had an Austin-Healey 3000 years ago. They made a TVR in USA with a 260 CI ford engine back in 1966, the name they called the Griffith, and it was way cool.
Same as the British AC Roadster @ Shelby Cobra. Thanks

@sixtiesforever1966 I'm not sure why your comment got marked as spam, it's not. I've never seen a roadster daily driven so thats not really an issue IMO. You could build your own for less than this and have it just the way you like it. It's not the car I have a trouble with, it's the prices they often command.
They are cool too look at but, I'd rather have a nice Austin-Healey or TVR for that kind of money. Atleast they will be REAL cars.
