A Plea for Marie (Osmond)

Michigan Miracleman Travis Phillips calls Marie Osmond on her comment that a man is only required to have "half a brain" to date her. Here he attempts to make a 30 second video to send to Donny Osmond in hopes that Marie is not too shallow to put her heart where her mouth is and actually date a man with a closed head injury. He hopes Donny will pick him to date his beautiful sister and show the world how caring she really is, if not for himself, for all the soldiers we have coming back from the war with traumatic brain injuries. We heard from the guy in the plane! He said he isn't even a pilot like they said he was. He was just in the plane on vacation!

What's up with The Insider's Contest to Date Marie? What happened to Donny? That show, along with Entertainment tonight takes twenty minutes of news and spreads it across an hour... you would think they would have time to let these guys know what happened to the contest!!!

We aren't sure. On Wednesday night they showed Travis as "one of the suiters" though! He was on National TV! In the video he sent them, it had Marie's dolls in the background... so we think the dolls got their attention.

Travis was not in the war, he received his brain injury when he was run off the road, crashing his car into a church. He would like to be an inspiration for others with brain injuries... which the numbers have grown since the war... many soldiers are coming back with brain injuries from the blasts.

Travis had to learn everything again. He was like a newborn baby when he woke from his coma. He is supposed to be a "vegetable" now according to doctors. But he went on to get his BAA at CMU.
