I'm 10 and my time is 1:10... But u know he did a good job and if he got some of the motions right, he would be super fast. So SHUT the STUFF UP because u have no good reasons... They said this waz like the second time he's EVER been in a swimming pool. So he tried his best. I congratulate him.
