Great video! I think people just don't like to hear the facts because they are inconvenient. The same way people like to pretend like global warming doesn't exist, so they can just keep on being selfish and not have to change their behavior. We're all selfish on some degree, but when it comes to meat once you learn the facts it is very hard to continue down that path.

@Vehementi meat is... easier to digest than grass, which is why cows require 4 stomachs to digest it, and have to swallow stones to break it down. Our digestive system has NOT devloped to digest grass because it hasn't had to. Instead, it's evolved to be able to digest mostly fruits and meat.

We make the meat from the cows even easier to digest by cooking it.

Ultimately, we gain the energy that the cows gain from the grass by eating the cows. Food chain, bitches.

Here's a little fucking lesson in metabolism. Things eat things and absorb them into their own systems. This began simply as single cells absorbing fatty acids from smaller, weaker cells, to grow their own shells (Made of fatty acids) to be able to contain more genetic code.

Sun -> grass -> cows -> us.

The grass turns the Sun's energy into sugars through photosynthesis, the cows do the hard work of digesting the grass, and we digest the cow - meat is...
