Fort Mifflin K2 Ghost Session with TAPS (prt1 of 2)

This was recorded on 6/22/2008 at Fort Mifflin during a TAPS sponsored field investigation. It was near casemate11. Jason and Grant from TAPS conducted this session where it appears we're communicating with a entity from the 18th century using a device called a K2 meter. Grant provided one meter while other investigators provide two other which you can see in the video. Several questions are asked and the meters appear to react by making its lights flash. At the 45 second mark Jason lays down the rules for making the the lights flash and asks "Do you understand that?". The lights flash as if to acknowledge Yes but you also hear what sounds like a EVP saying "No".

It's too rhythmic... Reminds me too much of a radio transmitter being keyed..

Someone should bring a nearfield radio receiver+frequency counter to detect any foul play. If a walkie talkie frequency pops up on the counter when that K2 goes off... Someone has a walkie talkie in their pocket keying the mic to get the K2 light show!

@MyYTFaves I'll have to check out that piece of equipment. Probably a good thing to have around on future investigations just to make sure I'm not picking up something that giving me false positives. At the 50 sec mark you hear Jason say "Do you understand that?" and you hear what sounds like a EVP replying "no". I've listened to this two dozen times and never heard that EVP. Let me know if you hear that too.

i think it would've been funny if the tape cuts after they turn the cell phones off kind like the ghost was waiting for that moment and they couldn't call for help

K-2 meters can be easily set off all lights with your cell phones. I am a long time ghost hunter and found this to be ture in Gettysburg - Cashtown 2010. You can test this at home. Just turn on the K-2 meter and call sombody.

I trashed all 6 of my k-2 meters.

Stayed here a few months ago, was FREEZING. Going again in mid april for a reenactment event. Last time I went I got crazy activity, I would post what happened here but it would be wayy too long. Long story short the camera went dead as soon as activity started (which is known to happen, how electronics go dead I just researched) and this upcoming event I am coming more prepared, back to the underground prision where the guy scratched his name in the wall, crazy activity there!

valpro99, Thank you for taking an interest in my investigation. I did send you a long message letting you know what happened. "Everyone, this place is fantastic. I think you have to be with a group in order to do an overnight, either scouts or paranormal group. I highly recommend going. It was definately worth every penny I spent." There was alot that we didnt have to have a recorder to hear. I will definately find a way to go back. So far I have around 15 really cool EVP's
