Stop Stupak Day of Action

On Wednesday, December 2, NARAL Pro-Choice New York joined forces with Planned Parenthood of New York City, the New York Civil Liberties Union, and the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health to head to Washington, D.C. for a national day of action to pass health-care reform and stop Stupak.

The dangerous Stupak-Pitts amendment is the harshest attack on a womans right to choose in a generation.

More than 60 organizations from across the country came together along with advocates, students, senators, and representatives, all of whom know the importance of fighting for health-care reform that does not include a ban on abortion coverage.
