IfRMFC: The song is actually called "Mal Acostumbrao" without the "d" before the last "O". The correct spanish word is "Acostumbrado", but the song's title doesn't have the "d". It's the same thing, just an informal way of saying it. Anyway, "Mal Acostumbrado" means "spoiled". The song is about how a woman's love left Julio spoiled or "Mal Acostumbrao" :)
