@CyberDruidtheModGod OUCH! Was it done by the same powder coater that did the Aqua Computer blocks? I don't see how you can do one product and have it turn out so nice, and then do another and have it turn out bad. Is it possible to have them chemically dipped and done again?

@nicktheodorou9 i like the black ones, but i can see why someone would rather have white

What finish is on the top? It looks like it has that rough texture I've been trying to find the words for.

All that effort going into making the waterblock look amazing and it wont even really be seen.
What about some custom back plates that match the design and color of the block? Bet you could even get (make) some good looking acrylic ones.
Thanks for the vid C.D. Looks amazing!

@adamXatomic There some backing plates from EVGA and they did get powder coated. I will have a little prep work to do on those, removing masking, reapplying a silicon pad, etc. But the client was not happy with how they came out and may not use them. They got coated twice and it filled in the perforations a lot. They also have a pink cast due to bleed through from a previous failed coat. They don't look terrible, but final assembly is being done by the client so it's his call.
