I will retract what I said. I misunderstood some things I read online regarding his technique and made the wrong leap as to what was said. Some are under the impression that he is somehow whistling with his throat and apparently it's an adjunct to his technique and not the sole sound. On his website he has some information regarding the throat / larynx of accomplished whistlers vs average whistlers and notes the differences in throat structure blah blah. Read it if interested.
