  • @gunsmokeTPF Should of gone for a e-type jaguar

  • Reading about this rotten car got me so upset I forgot to mention it was a 59 MGA. I'm sure criticizing this piece of crap will upset a number of people but this car really sucked and a couple of others that owned an Austin Healy hated theirs as well at the time. I appologize to MG lovers though. If the opportunity came up for me today I'd shoot the crap out of that freaken car and put it in a crusher. But there's no way it could've survived unless it belonged to satan. I hate it, I hate it!!!!!

  • Just want to add. Once was taking a girl to a party. Even with the top down fumes came up from behind the seats causing her eyes to tear. Her mascara ran down her face like in a horror movie. Got rid of the car and married her. By the way go for a spin in the winter and freeze your nuts off. Can't lock your doors cause there ain't no locks. I'd find beer cans in the car when I went to work in the morning from people partying in it all night. Park it on a farm and not in a city. Nightmares still!

  • I bought one in 1965. It was white with red interior. It looked great and was fun to drive on winding roads. It was the biggest piece of crap I ever owned and I do mean the biggest. I constantly got stuck and ripped off in service stations who didn't know how to work on it. In the summer exhaust fumes came up from behind the seat into the car cause there was only a leather cover between you and the ground. Doors opened by sliding plastic side windows and reaching in pulled a rope to open. CRAP

  • Beautiful car! It's a shame they put a Weber downdraft carb on it, though.

  • the carburator is not the original

  • Very nice. That must be one of the last cars from the original 1500 series - we have a '59 MGA which has been in the family for around 30 years, and it's a 1600.

  • Got one too! Thx for posting. Carb is "off" . Not orig. never a concourse car--great none the less.

  • Jesus christ i have that same car

  • Hello from Australia.

Tony, I just wanted to say that these are great Videos. I've watched every single one of them in my spare time over the last week (since I discovered them). I usually visit the East Cost when I'm in the US, but I'll come visit your place the next time I'm in your area.

Who needs Jay Leno's Garage, when I can watch Tony Flemings Garage :p . But like Jay, you should do a burnout of each car at the end of the video ......just kidding, haha :p .
