KKB overrun by PR supporters

The scene at KKB on nomination day was like war zone, chingay, pasar malam, mardi grasse and Hyde Park all rolled into one. As early as 5 am in the morning supporters were heading towards the town centre.
Consisting of merely a few roads, the town centre had the night before been properly sealed off from the Nomination Centre which is down the valley. Essentially PR supporters who came into the town centre were trapped and sealed off from the Nomination Centre. Many made it down the valley towards the Nomination Centre and the area allocated for BN supporters.
This, however did not stop the few thousand odd PR supporters trapped in the town centre from showing their support by having their march, ceramahs and attempts to crash through the barricade manned by the polis.
