@maximdermul that means your using ur back and its creating momentum..try just using your abs..just bring your knees up while hanging nothing else..

When I perform the 'knee raises', I'm swinging back and forth like a monkey... anybody got tips do prevent this?

how to do first exercise? Pull Ups i do easy, but i can not move to top. Is there any helpful video how to do or what exercises do for this?

Do you workout every body group every day or do you split up body groups for different days?

@JohnLRodgers For the most park everybody part 5x a week. There are depending factors, like soreness for instance. If one body part is sore I will stay away from that body part, also other factors are involved on what muscles we train, on what day.
