A very intense park workout. Its meant to challenge all your muscles as well as effect your cardio. You go from exercise to exercise with no rest in between the workouts. 10 Muscle ups, 10 Handstand Push ups, 10 Dips, 10 Jumping Squats, 10 Push ups, 10 knee raises that is one set, 3 sets, rest until you feel like you can complete a whole another full set. Record your time and try to beat your time every time you try this while still using perfect form and full range of motion.

  • how to do first exercise? Pull Ups i do easy, but i can not move to top. Is there any helpful video how to do or what exercises do for this?

  • @Kiprazful We explain very detailed on exactly how to muscle up on our dvd

  • Do you workout every body group every day or do you split up body groups for different days?

  • @JohnLRodgers For the most park everybody part 5x a week. There are depending factors, like soreness for instance. If one body part is sore I will stay away from that body part, also other factors are involved on what muscles we train, on what day.

  • nice training, one question: these 3 sets form a completly workout or i should add something more?

  • only problem is i have a pullup bar installed in my house and i cant push myself over it haha

  • My wrists hurt when i do handstand pullups, how do i prevent this??

  • this looks so much better than cross fit hit all the muscle groups and maintain form. And its free.

  • @maximdermul that means your using ur back and its creating momentum..try just using your abs..just bring your knees up while hanging nothing else..

  • When I perform the 'knee raises', I'm swinging back and forth like a monkey... anybody got tips do prevent this?
