Fake PhD Degree

Mr. Winny, the former Principal, now elevated as a Director, was a Syndicate Member of the Anna University, Chennai. But when it came to light that he had produced a fake a PhD from the IIT Roorkee University, he was removed from the Syndicate of the Anna University. Then the students agitated that he should be removed as principal also. But he, with the collusion and connivance of the Management, put down the agitation by threatening the students. Then the Fake PhD principal Winny was made a Director above an appointed 'dummy' Principal! Now it is suspected that Winny's ME Degree from the Jiwaji University, Gwalior, is also a fake. It is also suspected that Winny as Chief Superintendent leaked the Question Paper to his son. The University enquired this but did not take action as it would lead to the cancellation of all examinations.
