GAL told me not to come to court and testify, .. why wasnt my SDPA upheld..

Moments after I had a conversation with St. Louis County,MO Public Administrator telling me he was cancellling mothers credit cards with not paying them and he had the burdon of selling the house that I had to dead my half over to him. He was putting mother into a nursing home --because that is what he does, He Liquidates and take his wards out of their home. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE TO STAY IN THEIR LEAST RESTRICTED ENVIRONMENT PER PROBATE STATUTE. I was told he would cash in all life insurance policy's and cancelling her long term health care that would keep her at home as she was old enough to go on medicaid or Medicare. Her insurance was for 3000 a month for home care... I was living with her caring for her as well. Her son is how she got to this point by having her sign papers she didnt know she was signing... took police to bring her home, her son wouldnt let her come home. Mother was still getting a paycheck from the YMCA for teaching swimming lessons to babies. OH he also sold her car out from under her. ... this is only the beggeining.. For 1 year and 1/2 almost she has been in a lock down Dementia home sedated on several drugs she was never on before. Quality of life gone... no more church, choir, walkign the dog, yard work, lunch with friends, swimming at the YMCA. Help starts with GAL reform.
