@Giovannisenzaterra I thought that too at first but actually the monkey sound is done by one of the girls in the funny custome. She did it in her audution and if you watch the full version of this, she does it earlier on in the song. Unless they specifically told her to do it also just when Onka is lowered, I don't think it was intentional.
