@cpeezy27 no it's a shamed his dog died......i have to give it up to him though....in gville it takes a man like this with guts to really dance and show what how free and open spirited he is. my dad and i saw his one day and my dad said, "that man has strenghth and courage to dance this way in front of people....just a jiggin'!" but i agree.....he is pretty awesome.....and by the way..what grade are you in i may know you!!!

this guy is awesome! it always made my day when i saw him on my way to school. i havent seen him in a while though. he doesnt dance as much since his dog died

@lilmissjugalette15....Please have your mom wish Dancin' Dan a very Merry Christmas from me. I hope he is well and still able to do his daily dance in the town. This video has sparked quite a bit of controversy and comments...You should have your mom share it with him one day. I'm sure he would appreciate all the nice things people have had to say about him....Thanks.

Thanks Luke....I finally stopped replying to everyone's negative remarks. Can't seem to make some people understand that I wasn't making fun of the guy...just found enjoyment in what he does and thought I would share with others....glad you've enjoyed the comment string =)

Bradski, Why do you think that all of the people of Guntersville are Meth/Drug/Imbecile/Idiots? I for one am not, and think you really need to show some class. Plus, someone with no-life enough to film an old man having fun must really be sick and twisted inside. Maybe God will tocuh your soul one day but for now you are an ignorant person that is very selfish.

REPLY #1: Please show me where I have said that all people from Guntersville are Meth/drug/imbecile/idiots, for I have not. Based on some of the comments left by kgfl4a above, I accused HIM, and only him, of being an imbecile. And as for your comments re: no-class, no-life, sick and twisted, selfish and ignorant....I question whether you are a hippocrit with a screen name like YOUHATER.

REPLY#2: Although I owe YOU no explanation, I will share with you that even though I don't know this man in the video, I do like him and respect him for what he has the courage to do. And lastly, although my relationship with God is NONE of your business, I will let you know, just for your peace of mind, that God does touch my soul DAILY through prayer and devotion, and the generous acts that he enables me and my family to do in our community. For without him nothing is possible...DONE!!!
