A Compact Fluorescent bulb is disassebled and put in a microwave. The CFL will glow brighter then normal as it absorbs the RF microwave energy. The bulb will rapidly heat so the time must be kept low to prevent the bulb from exploading.

@cbailey78 nearly none though, and it isn't as big a deal as modern sources would say, mainly its important to just minimize prolonged exposure.
