Great video, I'm planning to do this to my 99 C230, is it the same process for that car? with two retaining pins and only a locking bolt for the rotor?

i have a 2002 c230 kompressor coupe, after i removed (flipped) the rear seat to reach to where i should adjust the tension of the emergency brake cable, under the seat i found a black thin cover that i have to remove before reaching there. it is tricky to remove this cover , how can i remove it without damaging or hurting its appearance.

I recently did the front pads and rotors on my 1995 c280 with aftermarket parts and applied the antisqueal but now the pads rattle whenever i go over bumps in the road. However if I apply the brakes when going over the bumps I do not get any rattle. Thoughts? Cheap pads? Did I over compress the caliper pistons? I am really stumped?

@benz9452 Hello, if you still have the old brake pads check and compare it with the new pads for the dimension of the metal backing. A smaller than required brake pad metal backing can cause it to rattle.

Hello, as long as you do not open any hydraulic brake lines you do not have to pump the brake system to purge air. Just install the brake pads and pump the brake pedal to make the brake pads set before driving..
