I can't believe Art's own son deleted these scenes. What a joke...they are some of the most important scenes in the movie!!!!!!!!!!!

In the Directors Cut DVD, these scenes were all not shown. You, along with most of us, have seen the original VHS that has all these scenes in it. Im afraid Art Clokey's Son has done something horrible to all of our memories D:

4th also explains how Gumby knows what the robot is and how to shut it down. It also adds some conflict, with the melted clayboys.

4th scene (Or 5th scene..depends how you see it) ALSO explains how Gumbys dad knew where to go and when to be there.

5th scene really wasnt needed... but still adds more detail

6th and final scene says why Tara isnt with them when they capture the BlockHeads (G and J).

All of these scenes explain some important things that you ont understand with the dvd version:

Tara and Ginger know about the robots (With the dvd you dont know how they knew)

In the dvd, Gumby and the truck come from no where. In the scene, it explains

The thrid scene wasnt necessary, but adds some conflict to the movie

It does explain how they knw the exact book... thanks pokey!

4th scene explains why Lucky has a random cup in his hand, and adds conflict

same here. vhs had all the scenes. god this was cool back in the day. rock n roll in kid's cartoons.
