and he made it worse with those hate speeches he made during the election campaign against as he called them watu wa kabila kubwa. If you doubt me go back to the NTV archives and listen to his speeches they were full of war like venom. No politician made more chilling and scareful speeches than Ruto

So Ocampo talks from his heart, and so does Raila. I think being that Kibaki likes talking from scribble-scribbled notebooks, which are made of paper, which is made of paper pulp, the same material that makes toilet rolls, i think it's fair to say that to a large extent, Kibaki talks out of his ass. His comments - or laments - are full of clues: -->"mavi" ya kuku"...bla bla bla; there's your clue. I just don't feel like talking politics today, can I have a day off from this crap?

scared? you don't scare desperate people. when problems exceed solutions violence is going to occur. i hope the presense of the guy is to help adress the core issues rather than putting a band aid. i hope the government is going to put the needed reforms to help out people. icc is just icc, you don;t solve social, economic and political problems by using icc

The people against or skeptical about ICC are missing the point. Threat of ICC made Bashir scamper scared like a little girl, made Kony stop his wanton killing in Northern Uganda and has rendered Junta confused. From 1992-2007 Ruto has just killed unabated; ICC has finally put a stop to that. If violence is to continue it wont be organized and in grand scale.
