@TelekinesisOnline This argument is getting very internet isn't it? We're both talking about 2 pens, both of yours worked, both of mine didn't. I know I won't be buying another one, but let's just call it a tie.
That said: for the record, I never made any prejudiced statements about China manufactured products, cheap or otherwise, I was only ever talking about this specific product.
I had 2 of them as well, they both broke within 24 hours of first plugging them in. I know they're manufactured on the cheap because they're insanely cheap to buy considering what they claim to do, similar products which are even less miniaturised cost at least 5 times as much. I know I'm not alone because there are plenty of reviews on amazon of people who had the same experience as me. I'm not making assumptions based on the fact it's made in china, but it IS made in china and it IS crappy.
Wherre's your evidance to support that it doesn't work? How the Fk can you know thow much they spend to manufacture them? The one thing I HATE Most is people making total assumptions from nothing but the fact that they're made in China. I bought 2 of these Pens and tons of other China products and they work flawlessly. It not only met my expectations, but exceded them. The pen recording quality is near HD with exelent battery life.
@TelekinesisOnline It's not the fact that it's mass produced that makes it a scam, it's the fact that it doesn't work, if mass produced food made you sick all the time it would be a scam. It's actually quite impressive, they're manufactured for the absolute lowest amount of money possible so they can legally be sold as a functioning product. The business model relies on the fact that they're so cheap most people won't bother getting a refund or a replacement when they inevitably break.

@Dopplershift
My assumptions are backed with Experiance with 2 pens of which I disassembled and checked for quality while yours is a 1 in 1000 chance rumor.
You have no justification at all except a prejudice that all China manufactured products are made to break.
If that is so, then why are they so popular? Have you asked yourself that?

Seems to me like you're the one making assumptions because you got one that happened to work, you got lucky.

Everything these days are mass produced. Even the food you eat is mass produced to the lowest standards, but you don't call that a scam.
