More at http://www.theuptake.org There are more than 6,000 challenged ballots in Minnesota's US Senate race. All of those ballots have to be scanned so you and I and everyone else can look at them. It's called transparancy. It's also callled a lot of work. There are two people at the Secretary of State's Office who are sitting in a cubicle just scannning away. Here's a look at how it works.
