Like he said before, it is the movie about Leonard Cohen. This part with Nick Cave is included in the movie, so maybe you should get some sleep instead ;)

To all the knockers out their these are all Serious artists Nick Cave, Lou Reed , Anthony, Teddy Thompson not boy bands covering songs simply because they can't write their own songs. These artists are respecting the great Leonard Cohen & showing love for him.Had the knockers attented these shows they would have seen this.

I saw the movie on the big screen. Awesome. Leonard loved it. Those folks covering his songs are his closest friends and/or admirers. These are not simply "covers."

Leonard Cohen is untouchable with any other rendition of his songs!
However, I can imagine the thrill that other artists get when they sing his songs!!

There is a DVD tribute to Leonard Cohen, that mixes very talented young artists, and Leonard, and commentary on his life, it's called I'm Your Man, buy it, it's soooooo worth it. Some of the artists are Linda Thompson, Jarvis Cocker, Teddy Tompson, Rufus and Martha Wainwright, Anthony, Nick Cave, Bono, and Edge.

This version comes from a tribute DVD featuring a retrospective of Cohen's work, and features amazing younger performers, Rufus and Martha Wainwright, Anthony, Teddy Thompson, Jarvis Cocker, Nick Cave. It is a magnificent DVD, and closes with Bono, Edge and Cohen doing Tower of Song. Get it now, I can't praise the performances enough. And the tribute to Leonard is most timely, after all, he is 75.
